Furthermore we offer 35 Trainee positions per year spread across two Talent programmes divided across different locations in the countries we operate in. Both International Trainee Programme and Digital Talent Programme run for twelve months and start in September. Each trainee position is linked to a department within a business area and a location. You can choose the programme and the job role that fits your wishes and capabilities the best. Both programmes offer unique development opportunities, assignments, rotation periods, travel and possibility to cooperate with like-minded talented individuals who will shape the path towards fossil free living.
